Looking for a Riding Partner

As the subject says, I am looking for an experienced riding partner for around 6 to 8 weeks starting from the 20th of October. They would have a choice of either a 17.1 Irish Draught or a 16.2 Thoroughbred. There would be no cost involved as the horses live with us. We would be looking to ride at weekends and possibly 1 or 2 mornings or afternoons if possible. All riding would be offroad over farmland margins and tracks. We live between Conningsby and Boston.

Small private yard needs competent and confident groom for quality hunters, eventers and some youngstock. We have an up-to-date working environment with all mod cons, and are looking for someone committed and hard-working to keep us and our horses in good order! You should be able to ride fit horses; plait, clip, trim, pull manes and tails; work to a high standard of stable management. 5.5 day week and excellent rates of pay; accommodation available, to start end of September. References will be required.

FLEXIBLE, RELIABLE PART-TIME GROOM WANTED – FOSDYKE, LINCS.

Part-time groom wanted to work one regular weekend morning (Sat or Sun, 8am-9am approx) plus one or two regular weekday mornings (approx 1-3 hours) plus occasional extra hours by arrangement.  Must be willing and able to cover occasional afternoons and weekends on a sole charge basis when owners are away please.  Duties include grooming, poo-picking and general care of 3 easy horses.  Must have some experience and a nice manner with horses although further training can be given.  Some riding may also be available for the right person (lessons or hacking).  Pay is £6.00 per hour.
