BELOW ARE EXAMPLES OF SCAM EMAILS OFFERING TO BUY YOUR HORSE, HORSEBOX, SADDLE ETC. Ignor and delete these emails and NEVER give your bank details or credit details to anyone!

Example 1:

Hello, I am mr Abbey Williams I am interested in  your items  for sale. I will also like you to know i intend paying you for it with a certified check/money order. As soon as i get the actual price for the item, i will order my client to send you payment immediately. I will also like you to know that the check/money order  will also include the funds for shipping, so what you are going to do is as soon as you receive and clear the check/money order from bank, you are to get back to my reliable shipper with the excess funds so that he can use in arranging for a pick up right from your resident. I will also need you to get back with your information where payment will be sent. Get back  and let me know if i can trust you with the excess funds for shippment to be sent to my shipper and i will like to see more pics you have for the items. I await your response.

   I INTRODUCE MY SELF AS ALEX LOPEZ, A SUCCESSFUL BUSIONESS MAN IN THE STATE,WELL, I AM PLAINING TO MOVE AWAY FROM MY FORMER HOUSE TO A NEW ONE BUT WHILE BROWSING SEARCHING FOR A HORSE TO RIDE WITH TO MY NEW HOME I FOUND THIS HORSE AND I WILL BE INTERESTED IN THE SALES SO THAT I AND MY FAMILY CAN MOVE DOWN TO OUR NEW HOME WITH THE HORSE  .PLEASE DUE TO MY DREAM HORSE I WILL LIKE TO PURCHASE THIS HORSE .PLEASE EMAIL ME THE DETAILS SO THAT WE CAN DISSCUSS ON HOW TO ARRANGE FOR THE PICK UP.

Example 3: (sender: maufar banju <manufarban11@yahoo.com>, subject line: INTERESTED IN BUYING..........................ITEM.............................................GET BACK TO ME TODAY)

"Dear seller,
 I hereby wish to inform you that i am interested to purchase your items  .....Kindly give me your asking price also the condition as at now.Will you accept a certified cheque as payment?.I have a secretary and colleague ofmine who will be ready to send you payment by post when we both  agree on terms. 
1.YOUR FULL NAME THAT WILL BE ON THE CHEQUE...
 2,YOUR FULL ADDRESS ............
 3,YOUR CONTACT PHONE # ..........
 4,YOUR LAST PRICE.........
 5,YOUR ZIP CODE.............
 As regards shipment, you don't have worry yourself because i have a shipper
who is ready on ground for pick up and shipments.hoping to hear from you
 soonest.

       Inrespond to your advert. I will like to inform you that i am much
interested in your  horse that you have for sale. I am located in uk but now
i am in scotland for business. Kindly get back to me with the last offer you
have on it, also with the present condition of it.

Example 5: The following is the dialog between a seller on the website and a prospective buyer from abroad - we believe this to be a scam due to the responses of the foreign prospective buyer, to the seller of the trailer. The script in red is emailed by the prospective buyer.

I want to inform you that i saw your adverts and am interested in 2004 Ivor Williams HB505 Two horse trailer(£2,600)advert and Do get back to me with the present condition and the picture if is available.

am from republic of benin.i'm okay with the condition and am okay with
the price of 2004 Ivor Williams HB505 Two horse trailer. As regard the pick up,I'll employ a shipping agent to do so for me as soon as the transaction is sealed.This is how the payment will be made to you i will instructed my business partner in united kingdom to issue you the cheque in amount of £5,800 including the shipping fund arrangement for the pickup of the 2004 Ivor Williams HB505 Two horse trailer and also to pickup some other consignment for me in another location in Cumbria and you will deduct the cost of the 2004 Ivor Williams HB505 Two horse trailer and any
tax incurred and the remaining balance will be send to the Acconting Department
